Position: Brand Outreach & Sales Representative
Type: Part-time / Remote / Commission-based
Compensation: $300/month base + 3% commission on total deal amount closed by representative

We’re seeking a Sales & Outreach Representative who can identify, contact, and build relationships with brands for influencer collaborations.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, managing outreach, and closing brand partnerships in collaboration with our agency team.
Research, identify, and reach-out 100–200 new brand contacts per month.
Build and maintain our brand contact database (Google Sheets CRM).
Send and manage structured outreach emails.
Track and update deal pipeline weekly.
Follow up and manage communication with interested brands.
Close brand deals and hand off to internal team for execution and invoicing.
Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or sales preferred.
Comfortable with email outreach, CRM tracking, and communication.
Strong written English; able to personalize emails when needed.
Organized, goal-oriented, self-managed.
Consistent and able to deliver volume (100–200 outreaches/month).
Base: $300/month
Commission: 3% on total deal amount sourced and closed by the representative
(Ex: If the deal entitles $10,000, you earn $500.)
