The Role

The Role

We’re looking for a Content & Communications Manager to manage our digital presence, including the agency’s social media and website.
You’ll document our collaborations, create case studies, and help build Sensitive Ones into a recognized voice in the creator and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Plan and post 3–4 weekly Instagram posts (Reels + Carousels).

  • Highlight agency updates, creator milestones, and campaign stories.

  • Write captions, coordinate visuals, and manage scheduling.

Web & Content Management:

  • Update creator profiles and projects on our website (Framer CMS).

  • Create case studies for completed campaigns (e.g., Daesung x Beauty of Joseon).

  • Publish blog posts and insights about trends, campaigns, and creators.

  • Track post-performance data and audience engagement.

Analysis & Storytelling:

  • Collect campaign data (views, engagement, reach) and turn it into visual case studies.

  • Create short written features or blog posts summarizing campaign results.

  • Maintain brand consistency and tone across all content.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in social media, content management, or communications.

  • Strong writing and editing skills (English fluency required).

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop).

  • Experience with CMS platforms (Framer, Webflow, Notion).

  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning results into storytelling content.

  • Interest in influencer marketing, wellness, and beauty industries.

  • Maintain consistent weekly content schedule.

  • 2–3 new case studies or blog posts per month.

  • Regular updates to creator profiles and project pages.

  • Steady follower growth (+500 per month target).

What timezone do you operate in?

Our team primarily works on Korean Standard Time (KST) & Eastern Standard Time (New York), but we’re flexible as long as you can overlap 2-3 hours daily for communication.

Is this a part-time or full-time role?

This is a part-time position averaging 20–25 hours per week. The role may grow into a full-time position as the agency expands.

What are the main responsibilities?
